Job Summary:
This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis across the Technology Ecosystem. Partnering with senior technology and finance leaders, this position drives strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and financial decision-making to optimize technology investments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial consolidation across senior technology executives, providing data-driven insights on financial performance.
- Support the strategic planning process, including resource planning, investment prioritization, and financial target setting.
- Manage budgets for key technology executives, delivering insights through executive presentations.
- Conduct technology-wide financial analyses to drive efficiencies and accelerate growth strategies.
- Develop executive presentations to provide cohesive financial insights for senior leadership.
- Work cross-functionally to anticipate resource needs and support key strategic initiatives.
- Provide financial leadership to drive change and optimize technology investment strategies.
- Improve and implement financial and operational processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
- Strong background in investment management and resource planning, preferably in a technology company.
- Proven ability to derive insights from financial analysis and present findings to senior executives.
- Experience in strategic initiatives, business performance management, and organizational change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; MBA or CFA preferred.

Salary:
$146,500 - $198,500 per year, plus bonus and equity incentives.
