Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other member interactions.
• Apply knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist with quotes, policy changes, billing, underwriting, and coverage provisions.
• Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while maintaining an engaging member experience.
• Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified and managed in accordance with compliance policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills while navigating multiple business applications.
• Understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty licenses within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
• Six months of experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person.
• US military experience through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.

Salary:

Competitive salary ranging from $45,010 to $46,010, with potential pay incentives based on corporate and individual performance.
