Sales Associate

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include handling customer files, organizing merchandise, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, and moving merchandise within the store.
• Handle clerical duties, including customer files and contracts.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming sales floor environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong communication skills.
• Desire to help customers and build relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Salary:

• Hourly pay range: $12.25 - $13.00 per hour.*
• Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
