Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking to develop and implement architectural principles and standards that support business needs. This role will focus on designing cloud platforms to enhance Sales and Client Service functions, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee enterprise architecture principles and standards across applications, infrastructure, and information security.
• Lead the selection and architecture of cloud and on-premises platforms to support enterprise programs.
• Ensure consistency in the architecture of applications and systems, particularly those leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for technology solutions, aligning them with business priorities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and technology teams to evaluate and implement innovative solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for technology teams, third-party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate the transition from current state architecture to future-state solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept models to support architectural decisions and provide implementation guidance.
• Support problem-solving efforts through pragmatic architecture and technology approaches.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in solution, technical, or business architecture roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading solution or technical architecture teams.
• 5+ years of architecture experience within a wealth or asset management firm.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Client Servicing within a wealth management context.
• Expertise in application, data, integration, security, and technology platform architectures.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud; Salesforce architecture certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure data and integration services.
• Ability to develop and implement enterprise-level technology solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in an enterprise technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary:

$200,000 - $230,000 base salary per year, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
