Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine delivery of fresh food items to stores on an established route.
• This position requires proficiency in driving a 26-foot straight box truck with caution, making a valid CDL B license and air brake qualifications necessary.
• Meeting and exceeding your customers' expectations should be a top priority in your business.
• Ensure on-time and precise delivery to retail outlets.
• Your organization must adhere to the appropriate federal and state laws to operate within the parameters of the law.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The minimum age requirement is 21 years.
• An official CDL B license with the addition of air brake clearance.
• A candidate must hold a valid driving record for six months of past experience delivering routes in a box truck. The role does not involve merely sitting and driving.
• The D.O.T. enforces certain criteria for employment such as clearing a physical assessment, drug test, and criminal background check.
• An MVR check is compulsory as per the company's regulations.
• Exhibiting the aptitude to work during unusual work schedules, including nighttime shifts, weekends, and customary holidays, despite challenging environmental conditions.
• An imperative aspect of the job is the ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, and turn.

• The compensation package being offered for this position includes an hourly pay of $28.00, which meets industry standards.
