Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

This role focuses on supporting client projects through data analysis, software integration, and print production processes. The position requires working with variable composition software to produce high-quality output while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize department resources to support client projects, track schedules, and manage records.
• Analyze customer data, artwork, and instructions to integrate them using variable composition software.
• Review the quality of final products before release and present proof samples for internal and client approval.
• Generate finished output and supporting documentation for manufacturing.
• Maintain technical knowledge of industry trends and follow company quality control standards.
• Provide off-hours and weekend support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Media Arts and Game Design, Media Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PC-based systems required; Mac proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Variable Data Print (VDP) software such as GMC Inspire, PageFlex, XMPie, Xtreme Dialogue, or Fusion Pro.
• Basic understanding of relational logic, scripting, and object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
