Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service at the retail counter by assisting customers with transactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain product knowledge to support retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and provide information on available products and services.
• Process transactions using a computerized point-of-sale system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Sort and organize incoming shipments while ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Follow company policies regarding security, financial transactions, and workplace safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry shipments up to 50 lbs as required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
