Job Summary:

American Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This role involves working closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to improve movement and manage pain.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
