Solutions Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced knowledge of life insurance, retirement income solutions, and investment products.
• Enhance product and service offerings to improve member experience and specialist expertise.
• Develop and coordinate training for life insurance, retirement plans, and investment products.
• Create educational materials such as presentations, white papers, and training modules.
• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Assist specialists in identifying member needs and managing sales pipelines.
• Support specialists in presenting solutions and offering financial advice.
• Ensure training routines are followed and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date written procedures in accordance with industry laws and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of experience (total of 10 years without a degree).
• Life/Health insurance license (must be obtained within 90 days of hiring).
• FINRA Series 7 license (must be maintained).
• Six or more years of experience in sales training, coaching, or financial services.
• Experience working with retirement plans, annuities, and individual retirement accounts.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, including term and permanent solutions.
• Familiarity with industry applications such as Salesforce, CRM, and NICE.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver key information effectively to stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and risk management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military experience or affiliation.
• CFP, CLU, or RICP certification.
• 10+ years of experience in sales training and coaching for financial products.
• Leadership experience with strong feedback and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to guide teams and drive successful behaviors.
• Experience with Life, Health, and Annuity products, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to build relationships and work within a matrixed organization.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to create engaging presentations.
• Experience using financial planning tools for retirement and life insurance calculations.

Salary:

• Salary range: $103,450 - $197,730.
• Compensation is based on experience and market data.
• Eligible for performance-based incentives.
