Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

Support the customer experience and foster a strong store culture by leading and developing associates. This role involves creating meaningful connections with customers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving team engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by cultivating a customer-focused environment.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor, engaging and assisting customers.
• Coach and develop associates to create genuine customer connections.
• Promote an inclusive store environment where associates feel welcome and engaged.
• Utilize technology to enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support hiring, training, and talent development.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and business results.
• Build productive relationships by actively listening, sharing ideas, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset.
• Proficiency in technology and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Business acumen with the ability to implement action plans and drive results.
• Proactive in making thoughtful decisions to enhance store performance.
