Factors Architect

Job Summary:

You will design, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules. This role requires deep expertise in system integration, architecture, and best practices to support business objectives and optimize HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead Architect for all SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, LMS, ECSC, SAP Workzone, and Workforce Analytics.
• Design and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across all modules and with SAP S/4 HANA and Employee Central Payroll.
• Lead and manage end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC Payroll, SAP Time, SAP Fieldglass, and Ariba.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and industry best practices to optimize HR processes and business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SuccessFactors modules and their integration with other SAP systems.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and design sessions, providing expert architectural guidance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local HR and payroll regulations in all SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5 years of experience in IT project implementation, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration.

Desired:

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration with SAP S/4 HANA and Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven expertise in architecting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, API management, and SAP BTP development.
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll architecture, including integration with SAP S/4 HANA and third-party systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex integration and architecture issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP architecture are highly desirable.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or enterprise architecture.
• 10+ years of job-related experience.

Salary:

• Minimum: $126,000
• Maximum: $200,000

PG&E provides SAP IT services to the Electric line of business, ensuring strategic technology planning, solution design, delivery, and support. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Oakland three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) based on business needs.
