Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the Workforce Solutions business segment. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial modeling, performance monitoring, and process improvements. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on 1- and 3-year strategic plans, identifying risks and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to develop key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Create financial models to analyze business scenarios and support go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare financial reports, including month-end close packages and variance analyses, ensuring accurate financial transparency.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting and business partners to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; Master’s in Finance preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in financial forecasting and analytic modeling.
• Proven ability to communicate financial insights effectively to leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred.
• Experience in Human Capital Management business is a plus.

Salary

Expected base pay range: $146,500 - $198,500, with additional bonus and equity eligibility.
