Licensed Insurance Representative

Job Summary:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, sales, and retention activities for Property & Casualty insurance products. The position includes assisting members with insurance needs, offering advice, and ensuring they are properly covered to maintain financial security. Through a comprehensive training program, the candidate will develop the necessary skills to work independently and contribute to the success of the team while supporting our membership across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to members via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Assist members with quotes, policy updates, billing inquiries, and other insurance-related needs.
• Identify member needs and deliver accurate, tailored advice regarding insurance products.
• Operate effectively within a contact center environment while managing multiple systems and tools.
• Maintain up-to-date Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.
• Adhere to risk and compliance policies to ensure business activities are properly managed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
• At least 1 year of customer service or relevant experience in insurance or financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate various systems and applications.

Salary:

• Salary range: $46,370 - $50,300, based on experience and market data.
• Eligible for performance-based incentives.
