Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled professional to lead technical projects, manage operational activities, and ensure the reliability of SCADA/PLC systems. This role involves system maintenance, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for technology improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project proposals, estimate scopes, and manage or execute technical tasks.
- Oversee maintenance and support of SCADA/PLC systems, ensuring service availability.
- Draft incident reports, conduct technical analysis, and generate performance reports.
- Monitor system trends, assess reliability, and recommend technical improvements.
- Coordinate contractor tasks, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide training, mentorship, and technical guidance to internal teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in SCADA systems, including support and updates.
- Expert knowledge of SCADA/PLC technologies.
- Experience with virtual platforms, cloud-based storage, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, scripting, and system improvement identification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and time management abilities.

Salary:
$88,268 to $115,362 per year, based on a 40-hour work week and aligned with experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
