Job Summary:

Providing excellent customer service at the postal counter, handling mail processing, and assisting clients with postal products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Sell postal products and services to customers.
• Sort, distribute, and process mail accurately.
• Provide customers with information and necessary forms.
• Address delivery and service issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Understanding of basic accounting or postal operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull mail containers, and stand for extended periods.
