Coordinator

Job Summary

Manage shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, quality control, and process efficiency. Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and oversee warehouse personnel training to maintain compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory, including products, consumables, and tools.
• Ensure efficient execution of receiving, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Conduct root cause analyses to eliminate non-value-added work due to WMS deficiencies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement projects in warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Kohler IT and third-party IT teams to resolve SAP issues.
• Monitor product shortages and inventory discrepancies that may affect project timelines.
• Train warehouse personnel on product knowledge, procedures, and quality control.
• Optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
• Support dispatching of emergency products to job sites as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing and shipping operations.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Kohler Co. product offerings is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead warehouse personnel.
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
