Systems Engineers

Job Summary

This role supports Air Dominance and other defense programs, applying a collaborative approach to design, develop, and verify system solutions using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in systems engineering across the full program lifecycle.
• Define and verify functional and performance requirements.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Utilize MBSE tools such as DOORS and Cameo.
• Collaborate with technical experts to execute systems engineering tasks.
• Support programs such as F/A-18, F-15, F-22, T-7A, MQ-25, and EA-18G.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: Experience with MBSE, system modeling, requirements management, and integration.

Salary

Level 2: $81,600 - $110,400

Level 3: $97,750 - $132,250

Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150
