Director Finance

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for financial planning and analysis across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives. The position requires strategic financial leadership, budget management, risk assessment, and operational excellence to support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets for multiple business functions, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Identify risks and opportunities, developing action plans to mitigate risks and drive efficiencies.
• Lead the annual financial planning process to optimize overall financial performance.
• Implement tools and processes to enhance financial reporting, decision-making, and operational excellence.
• Develop strong relationships with executives and finance leaders to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to provide actionable insights for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in high-growth software or SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

Salary:

$245,500 - $332,500 per year, plus bonus and equity incentives.
