Bilingual Global Service Specialist

Job Summary:

The role involves servicing both international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account service needs. Responsibilities include assisting clients with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as handling general account servicing inquiries. The position also includes document translation services and foreign-language support as needed. Evening and overnight shifts will be required to support clients within Stock Plan Services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options.
• Provide account servicing support, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support internal partners with document translation services as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluency in Spanish or Cantonese/Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or must be obtained within the training period.
• FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in client service, financial services, or brokerage services is preferred.
• Knowledge of trading and market trends with the ability to discuss solutions with clients.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and trading accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as the department operates 24 hours a day, five days a week.
