Industrial Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform electrical and electronic maintenance and repair services on plant equipment. This role ensures adherence to safety practices and established codes while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and electronic maintenance on plant equipment according to safety regulations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment and motors within assigned departments.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery.
• Interpret and work from ladder diagrams, electronic schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment and controls.
• Build and install control panels as required.
• Operate tools and equipment proficiently to support maintenance tasks.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management software for work notifications, part orders, and work order management.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate degree in Industrial Electrical or equivalent, or current enrollment in an accredited program.
• Ability to pass a written technical skills test.
• Mechanical proficiency and ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Experience with PLC, CNC, and robotic controls is a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Must provide personal tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and pushing.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Salary

Starting at $35.74 - $40.28 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and qualifications.
