Lot Attendant

Job Summary:

As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. You will provide exceptional service by engaging customers in friendly conversation, carefully handling bagged items, and maintaining a safe, clear parking lot. This role is vital to transforming first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot by gathering shopping carts and picking up garbage.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation, maintaining eye contact and smiling.
• Proactively offer additional assistance and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans.
• Provide additional service during inclement weather as needed.

Salary:

• Pay: $18 per hour.
