Electronic Repair Technician

Job Summary:

Founded in 1985, ATS specializes in industrial maintenance, focusing on optimizing factory operations.

Responsibilities:

• Repair complex electronic and mechanical equipment and tooling at the component level.
• Perform intermediate product development tasks.
• Communicate with customers as needed.
• Construct complex fixtures.
• Conduct warranty analysis and develop root cause solutions.
• Process required service report documentation.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, adhere to company safety procedures, and apply core values in daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and five to eight years of relevant experience, or ten years of equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in calculations related to proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Understanding of basic algebra, physics, and geometry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics and/or mechanics gained through repair experience.

• Team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
