Estate Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

Are you skilled in evaluating complex estate planning documents and educating clients on their options? This role involves working directly with clients to review estate plans, identify potential gaps, and provide insights into estate planning strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of their estate and trust planning options.

Responsibilities:

• Review estate and trust documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Buy/Sell Agreements.
• Work directly with high-net-worth clients to gather estate planning information and assess their needs.
• Educate clients on estate planning concepts and potential strategies to achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Financial Planning, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or a related legal field.
• Expertise in complex estate planning, including trusts and wealth transfer strategies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients.

Salary:

• $100,000 - $135,000 base salary per year (WA). Starting salary depends on experience.
