Die Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, specializing in manufacturing high-quality shower glass doors. This role requires a commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include tooling maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and adherence to production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Follow company safety practices, PPE requirements, and complete LOTO training.
• Utilize computer systems for job tasks, including SAP transactions for attendance and work order execution.
• Manage inventory control for used parts and execute work orders for plant equipment.
• Perform tool cleaning, inspection, and maintenance for extrusion tooling.
• Use and maintain precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Manufacture or modify parts using precision machinery.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and identify non-conforming issues.
• Interpret profile or part prints to complete assigned tasks.
• Communicate operational issues to supervisors, engineering, or quality departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills for manufacturing processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of tool and die or related experience preferred.
• Vocational training certificate in a machine tool program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job functions.
• Must obtain and maintain a PIV license.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours and shifts as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Salary:

Starting at $26.18 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for third shift.
