Member Support Representative

Job Summary

Provide customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service through active listening and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all customer inquiries professionally.
• Ensure confidentiality when dealing with customer information.
• Provide proactive solutions to customer concerns.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Resolve issues on the first interaction whenever possible.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of the securities industry is a plus.
• Client-focused approach with knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a structured schedule with multiple shifts.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable working with desktop computer systems.
