Die Cutter Operator

Job Summary:

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our die-cutting operations. If you're ready to take the reins of your career and soar to new heights, Quad is the place for you!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate die-cutting machines to cut blank and/or pre-printed stock.
• Confirm accuracy and completeness of orders, dies, and paper stock.
• Load and feed paper into machines and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of cutting.
• Stage completed work per instructions and maintain the work area.
• Occasionally train workers on die-cutting machine operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Cross-train as assigned and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with Bobst Spanthera Die Cutters is a plus, but experience with other models will also be considered.
• Proficiency in work-related math functions and accurately reading measuring devices.
• Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Good verbal and written comprehension, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness to work the specified shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
