Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting engineering projects and programs by applying advanced analytics, quality, and risk management methodologies. This role involves organizing and controlling project activities, analyzing project performance, and effectively communicating risks, opportunities, and project status.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate reports from all projects within the program, contributing to executive and board-level reporting.
- Analyze project performance, identify trends and risks, and escalate critical issues impacting project milestones.
- Evaluate engineering projects, processes, and programs to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data insights to drive process and continuous improvement initiatives, tracking progress and business benefits.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively and reactively.
- Develop and support Engineering Program Dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management, coordination, or related fields, including reporting, risk analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification, or the ability to obtain it.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Experience managing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Proficiency in drafting policies, plans, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to create project schedules and visual data summaries using various software tools.
- Strong report writing skills and the ability to deliver presentations to all levels of an organization.
- Expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, cost estimating, financial analysis, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of AI applications is an asset.

Salary:
$82,753 to $108,153 per year, based on a 37.5-hour workweek. Compensation is tailored to experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
