Flex Associate

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. The position involves rotating across various roles within operations and warehouse functions, ensuring efficiency and quality in food production. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn multiple job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support both operations and warehouse functions by learning and performing various roles.
• Follow GMP and standard work procedures for positions such as Food Production Associate, Provisioner, Packager, Cleaner, Supplier, Bread Support, Laundry Attendant, Product Mover, and Film Attendant.
• Receive daily assignments and be prepared to rotate roles as needed.
• Report any questionable product concerns to the appropriate supervisor or quality assurance team.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks.
• Maintain a positive attitude while learning and adapting to different roles.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Review and follow standard work guidelines for each assigned position.
• Ensure proper training has been received before performing a specific role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Capable of pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous assembly line experience preferred.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in varying temperatures ranging from 35°F to -10°F.

Salary:

• Hourly pay of $19.50 with a $1.25 shift differential.
