Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role as a Food Production Associate, it will be your responsibility to oversee each step of the process, ensuring that proper quality control measures are in place, and that production timelines are met:

• Abiding by Standard Work rules during the use of machinery and equipment.
• Confirming that products adhere to recipe guidelines and quality metrics through careful examination.
• Swiftly eliminating any rejected items from the manufacturing process.
• Upholding high standards for food safety and quality by consistently following established protocols, including good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Encouraging a positive work climate and taking part in ongoing improvement endeavors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Shows a propensity to work well in groups, while simultaneously observing and maintaining company guidelines and protocols.
• The essential requirements of this position include being able to occasionally lift as much as 30 pounds and being comfortable working in cool environments between 35-45 degrees.
• Previous experience working on assembly lines and in food-related industries is highly preferred.
• Possessing effective communication skills in English is beneficial.
