Installation Technician

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the installation and activation of broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Install broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses.
• Ensure the installation process meets safety and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during each installation, answering customer questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of each installation.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation deadlines.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to safely work at heights (up to 28 feet).
• Ability to work in tight spaces.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in installation or similar technical roles preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Salary:

Our Installation Technicians earn between $12.80 and $29.06 per hour, with an average starting salary of $46,784 per year.
